I aim for a strong combination of both technical development skills and knowledge of business processes. I enjoy working with various technologies and combining them in unique ways. At the moment, my focus is on the development of business applications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform.
The project consists of acoplishing the migration of a CRM 2013 on-premise environment to the latest Dynamics 365 online version. Included in the migration are also five integration(SAP, RPA, etc.) and a custom made portal. For the migration we worked with the migration service of Microsoft in close collaboration with the Microsoft migration factory team.
For the Flemish municipalities(Oostkamp, Willebroek, and more.), a migration from CRM 2013 on-premise to Dynamics 365 CE online is required. The migration is executed using the OP2OL migration service of Microsoft, working closely with the MS migration factory.
This project consists of the realization of the data platform, the integration of the data flows coming from different existing systems or produced by other integrations. As well as the creation of the front-end application, enabling its administration, providing 360° view of contacts, timelines of the associated events, and enabling the communication tools (emailing, SMS, postal mail, notifications).
Cross PAN-e Implementation of MS Dynamics 365 for Case Management, Sales and Marketing (including integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud) throughout the Toyota NMSC's network as well as implementation of customer surveys for fleet and used car customer using MS Forms Pro. Multiple integrations have been created with numerous TME systems for example: Vehicle Data Hub, Product Data Hub, Consumer Domain etc. The project consisted of creating multiple solution layers, as each NMSC(TME Spain, TME Italy, etc.) had a common core solution and a solution consisting of NMSC specific customizations.
In order to give the Dynamics CRM users among the customers of Bureau van Dijk the possibility to always have accurate data in their system, it had to be possible for the customers to connect and/or synchronize their Dynamics 365 instance with one of the various databases of Bureau van Dijk through the available Web Api’s. This was a very challenging and technical project where I was able to learn many new things. Not only on the side of the Microsft Dynamics 365 CE but also a lot of Azure.
